From creating a plan for physical recovery and self-care to providing emotional support strategies, we help families build a strong foundation for postpartum well-being. Helping both parents feel equipped and supported, reducing stress and the risk of postpartum depression.
Our New Mom Outreach Program is designed to provide personalized support and build a village for mothers. Each new mom is paired with a “village elder” and mentor, ensuring that she has a support system of experienced mothers to lean on. We help to create a close-knit tribe of mothers who share experiences, advice, and encouragement, helping to reduce isolation and prevent postpartum depression while fostering lasting friendships.
