Guides welcome new moms into Our Village & ensures every momis informed and feels at home.
- Help new moms feel supported & connected!
- Assemble & distribute Packages.
- Assist with mini-orientation calls /follow-ups
- Be a friendly point of contact

Village Gatherer
Help create welcoming, meaningful events, gatherings, and activations where moms feel seen, valued, and connected.
- Set up & Break down

Wisdom Keeper
Through thoughtful conversations, wellness check-ins, and postpartum screenings, they help ensure every mom feels seen, supported, and connected to the resources she needs.
As a Wisdom Keeper, you'll help identify challenges early, celebrate milestones, provide encouragement, and guide moms toward support that helps them and their families thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and connect with new members
- Conduct wellness check-ins and EPDS screenings
- Help identify support needs and resource gaps
- Connect moms to Village Momma programs, mentors, and community resources
- Track member progress and engagement
- Serve as a compassionate advocate throughout a mother's journey
Ideal For:
Empathetic listeners, healthcare professionals, social workers, therapists, educators, experienced moms, or anyone passionate about maternal wellness and helping families flourish.
